out and about

today, London was cold but sunny and i was out and about most of the day enjoying the sunlight and buying little bits and bobs for my new sewing machine. yes, you read it right, i'm starting to sew :) so exciting! i'm still getting acquainted with my machine and have no idea how well i'm going to get on with accomplishing the projects i have in mind. oh boy, i do love the feeling of playing with a different medium. i'll show you some results of this new adventure soon. for now, have a lovely weekend!

ok, let me try my comment over from a few days ago. i love your saturday commute photos! sadly you weren't the only one i pulled a space cadet on. i wished someone a happy birthday three days in a row before i finally got the right day. i'm sure she's still rolling her eyes.

i'm so excited to see what you sew! i can see you doing totally unorthdox stuff with it like sewing paper and adding texture to your illustrations. whatever you do i know it will be fabulous.

Oh, I can't wait to see what you'll be sewing. Have you decided what will be your first project?
