yes, i have a crystal ball, a real proper one -my other half bought me when we were in Glastonbury a few years ago-... i do consult it often, not to enquire about the 'future', per se, but to get insights on what i should be doing in the present- to make myself a happier person- the future is here and now, right?!so this evening my crystal ball came really handy when i felt so drained and tired after a full on couple of weeks of mainly academic writing (not my favorite activity)... so a tiny moleskine with a selection of my drawings was what the crystal ball showed me... and i did just that, and felt a lot more relaxed and happier in myself after making it!
tomorrow i'll show you the inside :) hope you're having a great weekend. now, i certainly am!

that is a brilliant idea - it's so easy to get caught up thinking about the past and future that it's easy to let the present moment slide. and OH! i forgot to tell you, i really really did start an honest to goodness moleskine, yes, i did. the storyboard one went nowhere, so i chucked it and bought a regular plain sketchbook and i've started it. thanks for the inspiration. it's something i've wanted to tackle ever since i stumbled across your fabulous moleskines last year.
BRILLIANT!! can't wait to see 'the inside' of the tiny moleskine :D
i so want a crystal ball now! REAALY!!!

Lara: no, you don't want to see my academic writing.. believe me you don't . the more i write the more nonsensical it becomes. i must have a surreal head, maybe that's what it tis....
