it looks just like my father's old type writer!
... can you imagine the kind of job it was in the old days when he wrote his phd? No computers! he showed me the file system on little papers for writing notes ...

Haha, I knew I should have bought one of these at the thrift store last summer. I remember using one in college and wanting a word processor - god that makes me feel ancient

steve: i got mine a couple of years ago from a carboot sale and it cost something like £3. yay for carboot sales :)))
