this started as just one of my MA's projects but it looks like a local nursery is going to be having it on their wall :) they still have to provide me with the exact measures and i'll adapt the design to their space accordingly. it'll look a bit like the 3rd image. the plan is to have a coat of magnetic paint, then have the piece printed on transparent sticky vinyl and some of the shapes printed on thick magnet paper sheets so the children can interact and stick shapes on the wall as they play. endless fun for the little ones!i'll photograph the whole thing when it's all done in the summer and do an update here.

This is great. Having just worked at a Sure Start Children's Centre this is the kid of stuff which is fabulous for kids to learn and interact. :)
