really quick sketches, i'm still brainstorming for a commission. it has to be line drawing as the final product will be screenprinted.
my badly sketched tiny creature on the top left might well be the poor long lost cousin of Blanca Helga's beautiful horse for the Happy Journey Collective. isn't her coffin just perfect?! ohh and speaking of the Happy Journey, we've been featured over at The Daily Undertaker today. wonderfully surreal, don't you think? :D
how's your day going so far?

thank you for your nice comment. it brightens up my day :)
(i like blanca helga's work. thank you for sharing.)
rike
lovely sketches.
But I'm very puzzled by you writing that it needed to be a line drawing to be screen printed?
who knew there was a blog for Undertakers, but then, why not?
your sketches are lovely Xx
can't wait to see the screenprint when it's finished! i'm sure it will look great!
Cannot wait to see the results of your work screen printed. Have been longing to revisit that mode of printing for what feels like an age.
love your blog! I need to go and do something in my sketchbook after looking through it. You make me want to go and cut paper. Thank you!
thanks guys! early days, bad sketches :)
alexandra: no, it doesn't have to be line drawing but the client had mentioned something about it so i probably got confused too.
