how does it feel to be 'a work in progress'? that was the question that bugged my head all day today... well, i've always liked the idea of being 'a work in progress' but mondays have become tricky for me as it's normally the day i have to confront all the messy unfinished stuff from the previous weeks and make decisions. the fact is: i have too many unfinished projects and need to focus on concluding one at a time rather than chasing every wild idea that comes into my head and making a start and not finishing them... high doses of procrastination comes to mind. sweep it under the carpet, it's what some little creatures who inhabit my head whisper. today i'm not listening to them though, i'm making some decisions and i hope i WILL stick and progress with them. how do you deal with the unfinished? i'd love to hear your thoughts on this.++ wishing us all a progressively productive week :)

I am so caving to the little voices that say procrastinate today....aaah!
I need some shouting teacher saying, "stay on task" to get me back on track, sadly enough. (Perhaps I could get my husband to yell at me;)
hmm, deal with the unfinished? that's what you're SUPPOSED to do isn't it? i'm afraid i don't hold the answer to that particular conundrum. if someone does tell you how, then please do forward that information at the earliest possibility.
but perhaps it is a good idea chasing all the wild ideas in your head, because that seems like a pretty world, according to your work that i see. and perhaps that process, the chase as it were, helps you to refine your ideas just so? maybe?
Just discovered your work through Ink + Wit blog. So so pretty, especially your blue fox pattern Xx
thanks for your thoughtful words dears :)
it's a process like any other... sometimes, it's just easy to get distracted and busy with other things that needn't as much prioritizing...
Olly: thank you and welcome!
