happy thursday!

printing, cropping and animating

a very busy day in the studio but i think i've finished the little animation for the project! and have printed and cropped postcards and posters -with a nice helping hand- (thank you Forrest Gump! ).
a lot left to do -my sketchbooks need to be comprehensible - i've managed to make a right mess on this particular project- piles and piles of research papers and experimentation leftovers to be filed up... write design rationale and polish off presentation... ufffff and i've only got 5 days to do all that! i hope that angel keeps right next to me the next few days :)

moleskine angel

the weekend was sunny and relaxing and i'm now hoping this angel can move to my side as i get to finalize all the stuff for my final submission deadline next week. getting started on mondays is never a straight forward task for me so 'let's get going' says the angel.

hello sun!

i'm supposed to be finishing off my presentation but my garden in the sunshine seems so much more appealing... so i decided to have a couple of hours 'holiday' there, with my coffee, cats, pens and moleskine. guilty pleasures :)

instant collaboration

here's the result of my main distraction last night. i know i should've been working on my presentation but couldn't resist playing with Steve's splotches. they're up on flickr and he's inviting everyone to participate. cheers Steve for the heaps of fun i've had with those :) i love this community!

printing went well today and i've just found out i'm a winner over at Cecilia's blog! awww how lucky! thank you so much Cecilia, i shall look forward to my snail mail :)
now it's back to work for me- the countdown is on for my finals. still got s***loads to do. happy wednesday to you all!

getting ready

prepare large files to go to print tomorrow, make a start on presentation, write design rationale... these are some top priorities on my to do list this week. so, no time to spare!

isn't London even more beautiful when the sun is shining? early start at work then a couple of pints and a catch up session with my friend Jennine around the south bank, ohh what a great day!

lost and found

these are things i thought i had 'lost' but as almost always they have the power to resurface around me. usually when i'm tidying up a drawer or something. I find that when i do reencounter items such as the 'life is a laugh' poster the 'lost and found' feeling of excitement is just great!
