back to work in good spirits but it didn't work... pretty much every technical thing that could have gone wrong, did! i.e. printers, cropping, mounting, etc... my other half kindly offered a hand and slashed his thumb with the scalpel, i've never seen so much blood in my whole life! poor thing.the saga will continue tomorrow. i'm really hoping for a better one.
for now i'll leave you with bird series number 2. i'm kind of 'in love' with him :)

Oh, I'm sorry for your husband! This morning I cut my finger with a scalpel, too. No good thing!
However the bird series is one.
oh, no! my thoughts go to your husband. i know all about slips of the x-acto knife! (i think i used stronger words than cr*p, though, when i did it.) i hope things are going better today for both of you!
i like your french bird. he looks très intelligent, yet not full of himself. a good combination.
OMG, so sorry for your helpful husband getting hurt like that...
sending you both all the best vibes today :D
love the bird series!
Mary
hope everything went better today - and that your love didn't suffer too much blood loss!
...et l'oiseau - il est tout charmant. Un drageur?
.. the background - bloodstains?
poor husband and poor you!!
espero que tengas un final de año mejor!!
thank you everyone!
i've passed on all the lovely messages of sympathy to mr. Rowe. though he got up the next day and finished off the job :) brave soul! will show you the results soon.
